Paige has 28 years of banking experience, rising to the rank of Vice President. She has served in branches, managed the loan servicing department, and functioned as Compliance/BSA Officer and Audit Manager. During her banking career, she taught banking courses for the Center for Financial Training, where she was honored as 2007 Teacher of the Year. She has graduated from the Connecticut School of Finance and Management, as well as the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking with honors. She has a B.A. in Psychology, and is now the owner and President of BYODestiny, serving as a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Core Values Index Practitioner. Paige is also the Founder and President of The Flutter Foundation, Inc., a non-profit which supports social and emotional learning in schools.
